Selling on Ebay

I recently began clearing out a few nooks and crannies around our house which made me realize we had too much "stuff." So we decided to sell a few things on ebay. We started listing things like DVDs and things I had left over from being an Avon Rep. My first auction ended this week and after seeing how easy it was I plan on listing much much more.. I will list my sons clothes and shoes, more dvds, and whatever else i can find around here!

Selling on ebay is easy! Just follow a few simple steps:

1. make a paypal account

2. open a selling account on ebay

3. link these 2 accounts

4. list your items to sell

5. if your item sells wait for an email from ebay saying you have been paid

6. now print your shipping labels from ebay and send your package!

Its that easy!

A few things you should know about selling on ebay: It takes time (I'm home all day anyway)

there are fee's (you pay ebay a percentage only if your item sells, you have to pay paypal for receiving money) then after your first auction ends ebay holds your money for up to 21 days (i guess they do this to make sure your not trying to run a scam and actually selling items)

I only have one auction under my belt so far but I have a few ending later today I'm excited! I will I will continue to list more things on ebay I think its much easier and better than a yard sale!
